  • Help to support our internal IT hardware and software, including Windows servers, and Office 365 administration

  • Act as support to our external customers on our IT and Audio Visual helpdesk

  • Test equipment before it goes out for installation

  • Respond to both customer and internal issues in a timely manner

Candidate Description

They are looking for a IT technician support person to join their small team, providing internal and external IT support, and helping with IT configuration and testing. Within the team, it will be possible to extend your skills in a variety of different areas due to the mixed nature of the role - more advanced IT, service delivery, AV programming, presales, training etc.,

  • Good knowledge of PC support, Office 365, networking, firewalls and infrastructure.

  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff across all levels in a way that is easy to understand.

  • High quality written and verbal communication.

  • The ability to work under pressure and to timescales, often working on multiple projects simultaneously.
