Job Description
The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient maintenance of IT services across the charity. You will be providing 1^st/2^nd and 3rd line IT support including project coordination and IT administration, ensuring high standards of customer service by supporting staff and the charity's services, with a range of IT related requests via the helpdesk ticket system.,
Undertaking a wide range of general IT administration and office duties as and when required across various locations.
Maintaining the security and efficiency of the charity's IT and telephone systems and equipment.
Assets management, project management & coordination, ITIL implementation.
Providing 1st 2nd and 3rd line IT support when required.
Setting up new applications. Developing business case and support business applications.
Software administrations. Network Management.
Documentation and documentation management.
Assisting the head of IT on preparing reports.
IT communication /Incident management.
Candidate Description
You will bring in your personable and accessible approach to communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships. You will be working within a very friendly environment and within an excellent work culture.,
Have excellent Azure knowledge and a basic level understanding of Cloud Technologies. (AWS is acceptable).
Excellent understanding of ITIL framework.
Experience of documentation and documentation management. (for the non-technical aspect of the role i.e. policy procedures, you will also be writing reports).
Have a minimum 2 years' IT experience.
