This is a key role, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of a programme of projects to deliver both enhancement of the Council's existing products and the development of new, or transfer in of external, products. You will-

  • To support the Programme Manager in the delivery of the agreed standards development projects

  • To facilitate and support working groups and committees as a

  • To provide administrative support to the programme.

  • To ensure appropriate records are added and maintained through use of the organisation's CRM system

  • To create and update transition, change readiness and RAID Logs within SharePoint

  • To build positive working relationships with members of the committees

  • To develop strong relationships with team members

  • To ensure there is cohesive and aligned work with colleagues within the organisation

  • To develop and maintain detailed project plans using our planning models

  • To prepare progress reports as required for the Chief Executive and/or Board of Trustees

  • To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties

Candidate Description

  • Experience of supporting projects or programmes of work

  • Experience of providing administrative support

  • Ability to drive projects forward, solve problems and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrable stakeholder engagement skills

  • Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach to planning and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to a wide audience.

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams

  • Good knowledge of change management approaches

  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

  • Ability to use own initiative, prioritise workload and manage conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Confident, positive and hard-working team player - happy to go above and beyond

  • Ability to work flexibly within changing priorities and a capacity to be adaptable as required to deliver completed tasks to set deadlines
