Job Description
This is a key role, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of a programme of projects to deliver both enhancement of the Council's existing products and the development of new, or transfer in of external, products. You will-
To support the Programme Manager in the delivery of the agreed standards development projects
To facilitate and support working groups and committees as a
To provide administrative support to the programme.
To ensure appropriate records are added and maintained through use of the organisation's CRM system
To create and update transition, change readiness and RAID Logs within SharePoint
To build positive working relationships with members of the committees
To develop strong relationships with team members
To ensure there is cohesive and aligned work with colleagues within the organisation
To develop and maintain detailed project plans using our planning models
To prepare progress reports as required for the Chief Executive and/or Board of Trustees
To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties
Candidate Description
Experience of supporting projects or programmes of work
Experience of providing administrative support
Ability to drive projects forward, solve problems and meet deadlines
Demonstrable stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach to planning and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to a wide audience.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams
Good knowledge of change management approaches
Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
Ability to use own initiative, prioritise workload and manage conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines
Confident, positive and hard-working team player - happy to go above and beyond
Ability to work flexibly within changing priorities and a capacity to be adaptable as required to deliver completed tasks to set deadlines
