Working across the HS2 Integrated Project Team (ITP), the roles primary purpose is to effectively and efficiently deliver T&D Service Field Engineering services to BBV, customers and supply chain, working in conjunction with JV Partner IT teams to manage T&D issues at the BBV offices and sites.

What you'll be doing

  • Installation and day to day support of project offices and project sites IT Facilities.

  • Ensuring the customer experience and satisfaction of all Information Technology & Communication services provided by BBV to their workforce

  • Support BBVS Office 365 environment and applications in conjunction with 3rd party Office 365 provider.

  • Support BBV users with BBV IT Services (printing solution, network access, data access, video conferencing, TV display tools, etc)

  • Provide triage for system incidents and requests and liaise with relevant support or

  • Deliver IT aspects of BBVS JV Joiners and Leavers organisations as required.

  • Recording support incidents, updates and resolutions on IT Support System

Candidate Description

The following qualities/experience are essential:

  • Experience of working as an IT Field Engineer

  • Accreditations to include ITIL, COBIT or CMMI

  • IT experience in Desktop or Infrastructure Support

  • Knowledge Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

  • Knowledge VOIP Telephony

  • Service Management Tools e.g.: Service Now, Service Desk, Remedy, BMC (Helix)

  • Desktop Architecture
