A leading international company with their head quarters in Edinburgh City Centre require an IT Contracts Administrator on a permanent basis.,
To ensure all Group IT contracts and agreements are documented, organized, adhered to, and understood by all stakeholders.
To assist in the processing and managing of costs associated with the Group IT function.
Supports the negotiation, onboarding, and administration of all new and renewed Group IT contracts.
Maintain a commercial register of all IT Group contracts, leases and agreements with their purpose, cost, and renewal dates
Facilitate and support the renewal of contracts, leases, and agreements by planning renewal activity with the contract owner prior to the renewal date. Support the quotation and negotiation process.
Coordinate the purchase order (PO) process, ensuring POs are raised in time. Ensure the process is efficient and receipting is carried out on time and in advance of the invoice.
Support the budget process with information from the commercial register.
Coordinate the invoice process proactively owning and resolving any issues that may arise.
Support monthly commercial meetings where upcoming renewals and issues are discussed.
Facilitate the processing of the IT Corporate Credit Card.
Monitor variable cost contracts and reporting and analyse usage.

Previous experience in similar role preferred:
Contract co-ordination/administration experience
Good knowledge of MS Excel
