With the guidance of the European Sales Manager, the team will deliver revenue against targets across individual campaigns. This will encompass the following activities:
Delivery of sales and lead generation to/from schools customers and distributors across Europe, using email, telephone and Webex sales activity
Establish effective relationships with customers and agents overseas and UK
Ensure strong revenue growth across campaigns whilst delivering excellent customer service
Complete and implement sales lead activity with some supervision
Manage and maintain accurate records using CRM system
Undertake both sales and customer training/demo calls
Use KPI's to manage goals and objectives to measure against performance
You will have relevant experience in a sales role, ideally in an education environment. We are looking for creative sales individuals with a positive attitude towards change. Great communication and presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work under pressure. You will thrive in an atmosphere of healthy competition and be keen to achieve targets.
