The purpose of this role is to support the business in delivering their mission statement, which is to become the market leaders within their local area.

In brief, the role will involve building key customer relationships through ensuring a high level of service and through delivering the company's policy of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer enquiries, received by both phone but predominantly email.

  • Achieve and maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of products and services.

  • Providing quotations for materials and services.

  • Dealing with any customer enquiries from the quotations all the way through to delivery of item.

  • Ensuring all customers are satisfied with the service offered.

  • Working closely with internal sales across other branches and head office.

  • No Cold Calling involved!

Candidate Description

This role would be ideal for an individual who has excellent customer service skills and is passionate and committed and would be willing to up-skill them-self.
