Job Description

  • To provide professional equality, diversity, inclusivity and wellbeing expertise into specialist or multi-disciplinary teams delivering projects and programmes across the health and care sector.

  • Contribute to the effective project management and delivery of the transformation projects being supported by multi-disciplinary teams

  • Provide leadership and delivery of programmes, projects and work streams that are part of the workforce transformation programmes

  • Provide coordination of and participate in relevant internal and external working groups and provide EDI and wellbeing project advice, expertise and support where requested

  • Provide support to the development and delivery of benefits plans for all transformation projects

Candidate Description

  • NHS experience and commercial awareness

  • Highly developed specialist knowledge and experience across a range of EDI and wellbeing subjects including EDI and wellbeing policy, strategy development, change leadership, EDI reporting and metrics, establishment and management of networks

  • Experience in stakeholder management

  • Significant experience of leadership and delivery of projects and programmes relating to EDI and wellbeing.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of programme and project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2, Microsoft Project and MSP
