You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and customer-focused people service, while managing employee relations and risk effectively. Assisting with all employee relations issues that require escalation you will be overseeing the management of all Employee Tribunal cases. Leading all people-related merger and integration planning activities in relation to the forthcoming partnership, together with other individual in-sourcing activities.,

  • Develop, lead and implement detailed TUPE processes and project plans, proactively detailing required actions, milestones and ensuring deadlines for delivery are met and regularly reporting on progress.

  • Ensure the organisations meets all legislative and statutory obligations in relation to TUPE/merger activities and colleagues and key stakeholders are proactively engaged throughout.

  • Ensure the collection and analysis of people related information and data to ensure evidence-based decision making.

Are you an HR Professional with extensive TUPE and Merger experience?

Are you passionate about leading an HR Business Partnering team?, This is a fantastic opportunity to work with two housing associations that are merging. Their vision is to develop places where people can thrive, building homes and communities where people can thrive. An Interim Employee Relations and Change Lead is currently needed to spearhead the changes. This position will suit someone with extensive experience of leading large-scale change and TUPE transfers/mergers in complex, geographically dispersed organisations.,

  • You will be a qualified member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

  • You will have extensive experience in start to finish TUPE/mergers and be knowledgeable about employment policy, legislation and how best to put the theory into practice.

  • You will be heading up a team of 5 HR professionals therefore it is essential you have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with demonstrable managerial experience.
