Join us on our new and exciting fibre venture as an Insight and Reporting Lead. You will be responsible for the development of all service-related reporting partnering with broader technology teams by providing a single source of truth to business in terms of Wholesale performance. This will fall in line with any Commercial and Contractual Agreements that VMO2 are accountable for.
The successful candidate will need to be able to apply mathematics, statistics and scientific methods, whilst using a range of tools and techniques for evaluating and preparing data. You'll be working in collaboration with the Service Delivery & Performance team, providing data and insights. Within this, you will be required to tell and illustrate stories which convey the meaning of results to decision makers and stakeholders at every level of technical knowledge and understanding.
The over-arching principle within this role, is to consistently drive a culture of enhancement; identifying and owning the delivery of service improvement plans as required.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
An effective communicator with experience of presenting to and interacting with Senior stakeholders and audiences.
Ability to provide examples of setting plans to deliver efficient service in large service organisations.
Can evidence previous experience in reporting, trending and ability to apply appropriate analytical skills.
Understanding and experience of cable industry technologies, supporting tools, platforms and solutions.
