HR Policy & Projects Lead - Leading Membership Organisation - London with Hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist with strong HR policy experience to join a leading Membership organisation.

Reporting into the People Services Manager you will be responsible for delivering innovative and ground-breaking HR policy and project work. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Reviewing, developing and implementing a range of employment policies and procedures

  • Acting as a key organisational resource for employment policy and best practice

  • Undertaking research to ensure that employment policies and procedures are benchmarked against other organisations

  • Working with OD colleagues to develop and deliver training materials

  • Mapping, analysing and streamlining end-to-end people processes to drive continuous improvement

  • Developing and undertaking people projects

Candidate Description

You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of reviewing, developing HR policies. An in depth knowledge of employment legislation needs to be combined with strong project management skills and experience of working closely with Trade Unions. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
