Job Description
Reporting in to the Chief Executive you will deal with some short-term HR issues and start work on some long term transformational programmes. Your key accountabilities will include:-
Providing advice and guidance to managers on all employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and restructures
Supporting the launch of their Management Academy
Ensuring their new employee handbook matches their culture and values
Implementing the new pay and reward policy
Working with the staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion council to develop an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy for Board approval
Overseeing effective recruitment and selection processes
Supporting with appraisals and undertaking learning needs analysis
Candidate Description
You should be an experienced HR professional with a strong HR generalist skill set including an excellent knowledge of employment law and of equality, diversity and inclusion best practice. You need to have experience of managing projects, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally and of implementing new policies.
