Job Description
To support the Director of Human Resources and work closely with College Management Team to provide effective human resource strategies across the college.
Responsible for the day-to- day operational work of the Human Resources team, ensuring that it provides effective solutions to Human Resources issues.
Candidate Description
Level 7 CIPD qualified
Managing and advising on a wide range of HR issues
Managing recruitment and selection processes
Managing absence management processes
Experience of reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Previous line management experience
Experience of working with Trade Unions/staff organisations
Knowledge of employment legislation
Knowledge of HR best practice
Knowledge of HR information systems and workforce planning requirements
