Our charity client is currently recruiting for a HR Generalist, pay £26.37ph, start ASAP, duration 3 months, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours per week, this role is a full remote working position.,

  • To provide executive support to the Corporate Services team ensuring timely services are delivered to the organisation. To coordinate on the delivery of key aspects of human resources, people, quality and learning support.

  • In this role, you will be the primary contact for all HR administrative activities delivering an efficient, timely and high quality service to employees, managers and Senior colleagues,

  • Coordinate the onboarding and induction process supporting line managers to ensure all new staff are properly inducted into the

  • Coordinate any changes to terms and conditions ensuring the necessary approvals have been

  • Coordinate the leavers process, ensuring that any equipment is retrieved in a timely manner.

  • Updating and transferring data on the HR Databases

  • Manipulating, cleansing and transitioning data

  • Updating annual leave and absence's on the HR databases

Candidate Description

Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, good high level generalist HR admin experience and someone who is confident making recommendations at current process's. The successful candidate should be comfortable with HR databases, our client use's HR Toolkit and PeopleHR.
