As a partner in the HR Change team, you will be an integral member of the Employee Relations, Policy & Change area of our HR Division, supporting major change programmes over the next 9 months.,

  • Collating and leveraging data to identify risks, drive improvements and provide excellent outputs

  • Working closely with a Senior HR Change Consultant, you'll assist in the preparation of proposals for union consultation

  • Supporting the HR change team with the implementation of transformation, through efficient and timely administration to include the production of high-quality colleague briefing materials for use in all communications

  • Assisting in the development of clear communication plans, with emphasis on arranging all relevant logistics

  • Responding to colleague and business questions going the extra mile to ensure a positive colleague experience and provide a seamless service.

  • Collaborating with the Redeployment Admin Team to produce accurate redundancy & redeployment trackers and Liaising with the Internal Mobility team and our 3rd Party Outplacement providers to maximise on internal redeployment and career transition opportunities., This role will be based in Milton Keynes and is currently split between 1 - 2 days in the office and the remaining from home.

Candidate Description

This is an exciting time to join the HR change team as you will have the opportunity to gain experience in many different projects at a time when the sector and business are going through a significant transformation.,

  • Experience in data analysis utilising excel to produce pivot tables and develop VLOOKUPS

  • Previous experience of working within HR or in a project management role.,

  • Previous experience of working within change management would be desirable but not essential.

  • Significant attention to detail and an inquisitive/curious mindset.

  • Capability in building and managing relationships with various stakeholders

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
