A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an impactful HR Business Partner to join an established and high performing business partnering team supporting the Everyday Banking business.

You will play a vital part in supporting the leadership teams with their people agenda through transformation, change management, talent management and retention ensuring effective alignment of people resources.

You will be given the platform and opportunity to be a true partner to senior stakeholders, and we are looking for someone who wants to influence, lead and shape the people strategy and plan in partnership with the business.

The difference you'll make.

  • Partnering senior directors in the non-customer facing teams in Everyday Banking

  • Delivering People change, transformation, People Plans and HR improvement initiatives within these allocated business areas

  • Reporting on People trends and insights (both internal and external) to help shape and influence decision making.

  • Providing counsel, guidance and challenge at Director level in order to proactively address people related matters.

  • Ensuring HR is solidly represented and central HR tools help enable the business perform effectively, and that People risks are raised and discussed appropriately and in good time.

  • Analysing the internal and external landscape using experience and HR knowledge-base to help leadership teams devise effective people plans and solutions.

    What you'll bring.

  • Resilient HR Business Partner with solid experience partnering specialist stakeholders at Director level creating business-centred solutions.

  • Rounded experience and practiced in change management, large-scale people transformation and partnering HR COEs.

Candidate Description

  • Experience in working with Agile teams and ways of working

  • Some exposure to Unionised environments

  • Ability to work collaboratively, providing constructive challenge on content of solutions, to drive best practices and support team delivery.
