This exciting role will require an experienced HR professional with a successful track record of providing generalist HR advice on a range of complex ER issues. It will be beneficial if you have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of terms & conditions of employment, policies and procedures, employment legislation and its practical application.

Reporting into the Senior HRBP, you will be an important member of the People team responsible for partnering with your allocated business areas and support the design and delivery of People strategies to build a great organisation and employee experience.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build personal and functional credibility with stakeholders. We are searching for an emotionally intelligent and self-aware individual that can build lasting successful relationships at all levels.

To succeed in this role, you will be experienced in the following areas:

  • Experience and ability to advise on a full range of complex ER issues

  • You will need to be qualified to CIPD Qualified level 5 or equivalent experience

  • Experience of HR information systems, HR reporting, and data analysis

  • A proven track record of continuous professional development, including theory-based research, best practice, and networking (e.g. CIPD forums etc.)

    You will have experience of challenging, coaching, training, and supporting managers to apply policies and practices fairly and consistently, providing advice and guidance on complex people issues.
