  • Review and optimize HR policies, processes, and practices in line with company and legal changes.

  • Day-to-day administration of the HR function in EMEA & APAC, working with our employee HRIS & ATS systems BambooHR & Workable checking everything remains compliant with local employment laws and those appropriate records are maintained in accordance with GDPR and local data management requirements.

  • Set out plans to shape the HR offering, including driving efficiency via automation, and improving daily working practices

  • Support managers with Employee Relation matters, ensuring that we proactively manage such issues taking a practical and people centric approach.

  • Build and run initiatives to help drive company culture, staff training and development with core staff in HR.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and Executives on how to lead remote teams, succession planning and the performance cycle

  • Work with the Talent Team, Leading the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from implementing a talent acquisition strategy for EMEA/APAC with Executives, creating hiring campaigns, through to ensuring a 5-star onboarding process

Candidate Description

  • HR experience

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent

  • Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation across the EU, some US knowledge.

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.

  • Proactive, Flexible, and adaptable to change in a dynamic working environment
