HR Analytics Specialist

Job Description

HR Analytics Specialist

About the role

Did you know that only 15% of candidates who read this job advert will end up applying?

I just made that up. And if you’re an HR Data Expert, you’d have questioned the integrity of that statistic right away.

As a People Analytics Specialist, you thrive on telling a story with data, especially data that explains what the employee experience looks like.

You can expect to be engaging with various stakeholders within and outside of our business, pulling data from different sources, and networking with other organisations to understand our competitiveness on the market. You’ll be able to define and model the crucial HR data to collect, so we can produce meaningful data analysis and statistics.

You'll be a thought leader on People Analytics, and someone who wants to really take control and make this role their own. This is a standalone role, where you’ll get full autonomy to shape what the future of People Analytics looks like in our business. You’ll come in and set the agenda for what our HR Data needs to include, and where to get it from.

If you’re up for the challenge, read on to apply.

What you can expect from us

We offer a salary within the range of £40,000-£50,000, dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus based on your team and the company’s performance. You’ll get 25 days’ holiday per year (increasing to 26 after 2 years of service), alongside the 8 statutory bank holidays, and the option to buy more. You’ll have access to a pension scheme where we double match your contribution (maximum Company contribution of 12%), as well as a flexible benefit scheme where you can opt into a whole host of lifestyle options.

Our office is based in Warwick, and we embrace hybrid-working, where on an average work we have a 40/60 split of office and home-working (during project-phases we meet in the office more frequently).

If this role sounds like it’s for you, apply today.

The closing date will be 14 March 2023, and I will respond to every applicant.
