HR Advisor FT 9 months

Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week (Maternity Cover 9 months)

Salary negotiable dependent on experience + Employee Benefits including 25 days annual leave Plus Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, access to childcare vouchers, sick pay and workplace pension.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly HR Team on a 9 month fixed term contract (maternity cover).

The HR Advisor will lead and support the HR Operations team with providing advice and guidance to managers and processing administration on a range of areas including Right to Work, VISA Sponsorship, DBS renewals and referrals to DBS and professional registration bodies, payroll changes, long service awards as well as family friendly leave and benefits administration. You will also manage the HR Operations inbox and ensure that service level agreements are maintained.

You will do this by engaging with the team, supporting with ongoing development, as well as promoting effective working relationships and driving continuous improvements to current policies, procedures and processes



This is a very busy role so you will need to have a can-do attitude, be highly organised and an effective communicator with the ability to handle a fluctuating workload, respond quickly to priorities and have high attention to detail and levels of accuracy. You will also need to be friendly, professional and ideally have around 2 years HR advisory experience.
