  • £10.99 per hour
  • 12 Month Contract
  • 33 days holiday each year
  • 35 Hours per week - Monday-Friday (Opening Hours 0800-1800)
  • 3 Weeks Working from Home & 1 Week in office
  • Location - Edinburgh

We are looking for someone who can deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing work, investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures, and understanding needs.

If you are customer focused and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank.

You will need first class customer service skills, to be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

Able to Multitask completing multiple different tasks throughout the day through Telephony/Email & once fully up to speed with the role Web Chat

If you are successful in being offered this role, you will need:

  • To provide current in date passport/bio metric card if applicable
  • To pass a credit check - this will be looking at defaults, payment plans, CCJs, IVAs and Bankruptcy
  • To pass a police check
  • To provide reference contact details for anywhere you have worked or studied in the last 2 years
