  • Leading the department to profitability by achieving or exceeding on budgets

  • Ensuring compliance to all legislative food safety and kitchen H&S policies

  • Creating and designing F&B offerings that provide site identity and drive revenue

  • Implementing strategies and operational plans on an understanding of the market and industry trends

Candidate Description

This role is for someone who enjoys leading, motivating and inspiring a large team to join them on a service-first journey. You will manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation of one of the venues of a premier entertainment destination. You will take ownership of their bar, restaurant, event and store offerings of their East London venue.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years senior management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment/food & beverage/hospitality-based environment.
