Leading the department to profitability by achieving or exceeding on budgets
Ensuring compliance to all legislative food safety and kitchen H&S policies
Creating and designing F&B offerings that provide site identity and drive revenue
Implementing strategies and operational plans on an understanding of the market and industry trends
This role is for someone who enjoys leading, motivating and inspiring a large team to join them on a service-first journey. You will manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation of one of the venues of a premier entertainment destination. You will take ownership of their bar, restaurant, event and store offerings of their East London venue.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years senior management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment/food & beverage/hospitality-based environment.
