As valued member of the Property Leadership team, you'll contribute to the strategic direction of the Company, focusing on our priorities of Commercial Momentum, Integrate as One, Digital Transformation and Network Evolution.

As the Head of Fleet and EV Propositions you'll work closely with our senior leaders and Shareholder companies, to develop and implement the aligned strategy for Fleet and EV propositions at Virgin Media o2!

Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Fleet specialists, you'll deliver the strategic and operational services for Fleet, as well as the transition to EV, including the development of the supporting infrastructure.

As the successful role holder, you'll be accountable for ensuring the strategy supports our Carbon Net Zero objective and is decarbonising our fleet. Exciting right!?

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Evidenced knowledge and understanding of current transport / health and safety legislation with regards to current transport laws

  • Knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes, EV developments and charging infrastructure is required to support home and business fleet partners

  • Demonstrable experience in Fleet Management, managing a commercial and / or corporate fleet.

  • Proven experience in supplier management.

  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and monitoring and an understanding of effective variance analysis techniques.

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Fleet Management qualification (desirable).

  • Proven track record in project management / delivery and evidence of delivering cost reduction initiatives.

  • Experience of managing a broad range of team members at all levels.

  • Experience in dealing with governance control and legislative procedures.
