As the Head of Brand - 12 months maternity cover- you will lead the Brand team to ensure we are developing, growing and protecting the value and unique attributes of our portfolio of brands. You'll be responsible for the implementation of brand standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the business.,
Manages all major brand related business products including naming and branding
Responsible for project budgets and delivery plans
Build relationships with relevant teams across the business and establish cross-functional processes and governance
Champion brand thinking in cross-functional business projects
Brings brand and people / customer focused thinking to drive brand innovation and experiences
Write, manage and deliver briefs for the internal brand studio and agencies (as required)
Responsible for identifying and delivering magic brand experience moments across internal and external touchpoints
Track leanings and ongoing results - sharing lessons learnt from key projects and implementing changes off the back of these learnings
Team management and support for the brand team (c. 6 people)
Support the Head of Brand and Creative Services on all key brand projects, presentations and deliverables
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience.
Creating innovation and driving brand-centred thinking
Brand strategy and development experience
Significant experience of working on master brand and branding projects
Significant experience of managing agencies and creative teams
Experience of managing multiple brands in a portfolio
