As a Governance, Regulatory & Planning Manager you'll lead compliance activities for the SOHO sector for Fixed, Mobile and FMC across legacy Virgin Media and O2 customer bases. This will include the governance and regulatory planning of current and future OFCOM/EECC regulations in both existing workloads and all future change across small office -home office (SOHO). To develop, evolve and ensure the timely completion of all OFCOM controls, with consistent and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting and to lead any assigned resource (onshore or offshore) in the efficient processing of regulatory workload.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Working knowledge of regulatory reporting and an understanding of the standards, tools, processes, systems and frameworks for successful governance

  • Excellent and proven previous experience of data handling, analysis and reporting

  • Confident and competent in presenting to senior management and stakeholders

  • Expert skills with key tools such as Excel

  • Experience using SQL tools and the ability to create bespoke outputs

  • Effective problem solver with ability to examine and re-engineer governance and reporting processes

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and public speaking skills

  • Knowledge of all aspects of the business including operational processes and interdependencies
