We are looking to hire a Global S&OP Manager to our Global Demand Planning and Inventory Management Team to support us as we continue to grow and scale the Costa Brand globally., We're looking for a highly experienced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) professional to join our Global Demand Planning and Inventory Management Team.

The Senior S&OP Manager, will lead the S&OP process execution and develop its maturity, to achieve business realisation through aligned planning with finance and operations.

The role must have the ability to challenge status quo and bring to life significant transformations by facilitating the global End-to-End Supply Chain support of Costa's growth ambitions. You'll be operating within a matrix environment, partnering teams across our global, international and UK&I focused functions.

  • Develop, implement and lead the continual Global Sales &Operations (S&OP) process to support the growth of the business

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure demand plans are reflective of current market trends and commercial opportunities, whilst maintaining flexibility to maximise our growth potential

  • Have a hands-on approach to the development and delivery of key performance metrics within the S&OP process improving efficiency, cashflow and profitability along the way

  • Oversee internal systems to ensure high standards are maintained and exceeded in line with business strategy as well as customer expectations and government legislations

  • Drive continuous improvement and process change, including the utilisation of ERP system and planning toolbox

  • You can demonstrate significant experience in operations, Supply Chain, Global Planning roles , and experience in demand planning/forecast analyst roles

  • Demonstrable experience of having increased operational performance in a retail / FMCG product manufacturing environment

  • Experience of leading and scaling a team in a hyper-growth environment, with a hand-on approach and great organisation skills

  • Experience within S&OP of process introduction and transformation and IT systems selection and implementation
