Based in London, this role will be critical to the EMEA team's thought leadership production. This person is a driving force in developing new creative guidance aligned to EMEA business priorities and identifying new territories to focus on. They should have experience mining for, and using data to tell compelling stories and flagging areas for further exploration. This person works well collaborating with multidisciplinary groups (Creative Directors, Strategists, Business Leads) and can support multiple work streams and projects at one time.,
Lead the sourcing and development of cross vertical / product thought leadership, via 1P (and when applicable 3P resources) that drives change in video, app and display creative assets and ad performance. You will source, write and deliver all of this.
Partner with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Local Creative Works, EMEA Marketing Insights, Customer Solutions and Analytics, and Advanced Planning teams to evolve established creative guidance outputs, aligned to different needs i.e. moments, events, sales pitches, external thought pieces
Build relationships with EMEA wide stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Local Creative Works, Analytical Communities etc to proactively and actively share exiting guidance, next to priorities, to drive usage of our tools research and guidance
Support the EMEA Business Leads and Creative Directors in delivering client service and activating research/guidance in EMEA both internally and externally.
Have worked as Analytical Consultant or Data Scientist
Experience with third-party advertising, and industry measurement solutions (e.g., video and display, apps, marketing mix modelling, brand lift studies, conversion measurement, etc.).
Ability to organise and review data with advanced data analysis (proficient with SQL, R, PYTHON)
Experience analysing and integrating 1st and 3rd party research into client facing communications/presentation
Excels in building slides which tell compelling stories that drive client change
Cross vertical background preferred. Is comfortable working across multiple verticals and can learn and understand industry nuances quickly.
Experience meeting with and presenting to external clients
A deep understanding of the video advertising (preferably in addition to Display and App) landscape

Knowledge of R and Python is extremely beneficial
Proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards
