Job Description
Leading our quarterly content creation and strategic cosmetic category and NPD initiatives
As a key member of the team, you'll lead the global NPD initiatives from proposition to campaign roll-out, collaborating with insights to embed global category, cultural and consumer insights to inform business challenges, strategic campaigns and market-leading claims
Lead the quarterly social content plan across skincare and cosmetics ensuring seamless alignment with brand CDS and annual brand plan
Collaborate with our agency teams to deliver 360 campaign assets across in-store, digital and social
Be the key gate-keeper and project manager for planning, asset and toolkit creation for all global NPD and content assets
Collaborate with the global product team to develop compelling and differentiated innovation propositions
Contribute to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive engaged, team member and manager
Candidate Description
Significant experience of global brand building, content and communication development
Proven ability to build a deep understanding of global market growth drivers, competitors and consumer needs/behaviour to develop compelling messaging and claims across 360 touchpoints with a focus on digital and in-store
An expert across digital content and engagement marketing mix - especially developing organic and paid content for Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
Ability to work closely and productively with internal partners and external agencies
Ability to understand, manage and champion what the brand stands for and what it can best offer consumers in both the short and longer term to maximize its value to the business
Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
