The duties will include:
Ordering and maintaining levels of office stationery
Answering telephone calls and diverting to the necessary departments
Organising and other office-related administration
You will be trained in our various record and management systems and be required to assist with data input, maintenance of records, diarised reminders and systems administration.
You will also liaise with the property department and assist them with their tenants i.e. handing out keys, with contracted works and dealing with any general queries
Meet and greet visitor as well as make refreshments for any scheduled meetings.
