We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our team! As a Project Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a project(s), managing timescales, resource allocation and stakeholders. This role works closely with the wider Retail Transformation team, Central Operations and areas of the business that their projects have inter-dependencies with.

What you will do

  • Manage the project scope as defined by the senior project sponsor

  • Ensure that new projects and initiatives land right first time, every time

  • Ensure that all store communication material is engaging, relevant, and easy to understand

  • Escalate all current risks and check we have plans in place to manage them

  • Provide regional and store teams with all the tools they need to effectively manage any new process

  • Ensure the project is delivered on time to the agreed standard and budget

  • Identify and address opportunities to make business improvements

  • Responsible for stakeholder management and engagement

  • Ensure accurate reporting mechanisms to communicate project status to stakeholders

  • Evaluate progress against critical path and escalate any issues with actionable recommendations to the senior project sponsor in a timely manner

  • Gain expertise in the area of store operations that the project focuses on and how it connects to wider system

  • Ensure that projects have effective change management procedures in place so that change is implemented and not just installed (updated DILOs, training guides, health checks communication plan etc.)

  • Ensure detailed documented processes are handed over to the Continuous Improvement team alongside the all the tools they need to deliver 'What a Good Job Looks Like'

  • Creation of robust business cases with a bias to growth and operational efficiencies
