As the Forward Logistics Coordinator - 6-month FTC you'll be responsible for order entry into the Trader Support Service portal for declarations of materials shipped to Northern Ireland and support with order entry of sales orders and general order management.,

  • Use government websites to search and identify suitable commodity codes for materials shipped.

  • Order entry of sales orders on our SAP Oracle ERP system

  • Work with Excel reports, these will provide the information required for the above tasks.

  • Order management, quality checking and customer service.

  • Follow team practices to ensure accuracy and organistion e.g. with group mailboxes within Outlook.

  • Support other areas of Supply Chain operation

The Forward Logistics Coordinator will be hard-working, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy. They will be adaptable in this flexible role which will require adopting various activities depending on the business needs. They will have a curiosity about personal development and a desire to learn., In order to be considered, you must have the following experience.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications Excel and Outlook

  • Highly organised and consistently delivers with a meticulous eye for detail

  • Preferred knowledge/ experience of Supply Chain and typical activities that it encompasses.

  • A problem-solver with a professional and approachable demeanour who works well with others and follows instructions, In order to be considered, you must have the following experience.
