Candidate Description

We are looking for candidates with analytical mindset and possessing first-rate Excel and modelling skills. The role requires the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the detail, as well as flexibility, organization, and team player attitude.

This position is part of a highly collaborative FP&A team where excellent communication skills play a big part in our success.

Main tasks will be to build a challenging yet achievable forecasts and monitor on a regular basis the performance of the Business through accurate reporting and KPIs to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the internal customers.

Regular interaction with the Business is required. The role also includes the financial support on Business Cases to evaluate new projects or investments and alternative scenarios.,

  • Experience with business plan, monthly reporting process and complex qualitative & quantitative analysis

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to articulate the key message and drive decisions

  • Ability to work and think cross-functionally, with experience of participating in cross functional or regional projects

  • Thorough ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy

  • Advanced business application skills (e.g. MS Excel) and experience with enterprise resource planning software

  • Good MS PowerPoint skills and be able to develop effective presentations for senior management

  • Must possess strong business acumen and outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Drive for Results - Deliver on commitments in a timely manner

  • Capability to work independently, as well as teamwork player

  • Previous experience with Financial reporting & systems preferred, Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent master's degree Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial support role Additional years of FP&A relevant experience will be considered in lieu of master's degree
