The role is part of the COO team, specifically allocated to 1st LOD Financial Crime reporting to the Head of FC Governance, Controls & Analytics.

What you'll bring.

  • Managing large data sets to ensure required reports and controls can be effectively run on a regular and ad hoc basis

  • Assessing data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity

  • Executing and leading the development and embedding of FC Line 1 controls, including, procedures, systems, and user manuals

  • Assessing, enhancing and streamlining reporting framework on an ongoing basis

  • Supporting the wider function in the management of third-party reviews/recommendations providing timely and high-quality responses

Candidate Description

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Demonstrable experience working within a financial crime and regulatory environment

  • Ability to identify risks and mitigate them by implementing/enhancing controls

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry with knowledge of Corporate and Investment banking products and services

  • Financial Crime Compliance Subject Matter Expertise and experience in Financial Crime Monitoring and Testing, Assurance, Advisory, Policy Implementation role or Financial Crime Audit function

  • ACAMs, ICA or equivalent
