The Financial Crime Analyst role is to support the control team, which monitors the key metrics to mitigate risk, and supports additional controls throughout retail, business and corporate banking.

The difference you'll make.

  • Monitoring and fulfilling incoming requests to identify all customer holdings related to customers proposed for onboarding/exit decisioning within SLA

  • Collating, tracking and reporting on all exit decisions made across the RFB ensuring exits are carried out within SLA

  • Reviewing potential matches of incoming applications against the re-entry prevention list, escalating matches for proposed exit decisions

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain further information

  • Reporting management information, and escalation of metrics outside of SLA

  • Quality Control across the team and support of quality assurance feedback

Candidate Description

  • Proven background of working operational processes through workflow tools

  • Working knowledge of frontline onboarding facing portals and interfaces

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office product suite particularly Excel

  • Proven background of working operational processes through workflow tools

  • Diligent data processing and presentation

  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office experience
