They are an organisation that work with other businesses providing and managing pensions, benefits and everything in between. Due to such high demand they now have a new job opening for a part time financial controller.,
Prepare monthly management accounts and forecast variance commentary
Work closely with all areas in the business to analyse expenditure and improve where possible
Liaise with external accountants to provide requested information, review and sign off VAT returns, corporation TAX calculations and Stat accounts
Ownership of the finance function assuming responsibility for all aspects of the company's financial management processes
Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, income, receipts & payments and payroll journals
Managing accruals & prepayments, bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Provide financial analysis, internal control guidance and other support for business
Cashflow forecasting and reporting
Income reconciliations
Intercompany recharges and reconciliations
