Adecco Chiswick are thrilled to be working with such a large, successful client as this. They are an organisation that work with other businesses providing and managing pensions, benefits and everything in between. Due to such high demand they now have a new job opening for a part time financial controller.,

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and forecast variance commentary

  • Work closely with all areas in the business to analyse expenditure and improve where possible

  • Liaise with external accountants to provide requested information, review and sign off VAT returns, corporation TAX calculations and Stat accounts

  • Ownership of the finance function assuming responsibility for all aspects of the company's financial management processes

  • Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, income, receipts & payments and payroll journals

  • Managing accruals & prepayments, bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Provide financial analysis, internal control guidance and other support for business

  • Cashflow forecasting and reporting

  • Income reconciliations

  • Intercompany recharges and reconciliations
