Job Description

Morgan Hunt are working with a Membership Body who are currently recruiting for a Finance Accounts Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis., Some of your duties as a Financial Accounts Manager will include:

• Manage the financial accounting and treasury function including by Service Level Agreements

• Effectively and efficiently manage the year end process for the group

• Be the recognised go to person for all matters relating to accounting regulation including both FRS 102 and Charity SORP and the day-to-day lead with the Group's external auditors

• Be the recognised expert on all VAT matters and first contact for corporation tax issues.

• Lead the financial accounts team, which provides a full financial accounting and reporting function and also has responsibility for day-to-day management and oversight of the group

Candidate Description

• Currently hold a recognised CCAB qualification

• Demonstrate up to date knowledge of accounting standards and regulation with significant experience in other financial accounting roles

• You will bring to the role a desire to proactively engage with both finance department colleagues and senior managers across the Group to ensure control frameworks are robust, effective, and fit for purpose within the Group and all its entities.
