  • You will have 3 people reporting you of a wider team of 15 people

  • Transaction Management - you will be overseeing the bank reconciliation and office client accounts

  • Assisting SRA compliance managers

  • Leading the company's future role out strategy and delivering a great client experience

  • Identifying Cyber attacks and risks to Fraud

  • Accurate recording of client disbursements

  • Making sure the Purchase Ledger team are accurately recording invoices.

  • Key point of contact for Transaction Management

  • Making sure the firm are compliant with all SRA rules and regulations and dealing with any breaches. Also the point of contact for the SRA audit.

Candidate Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team, where the successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience within Management operations in Finance. On occasion you will be expected to visit their collection of Nationwide offices reporting to the Head of Procurement., Desired experience of the Financial Operations Manager

  • Process driven and always looking at innovative ways for the department to improve client/customer experience

  • Resilient and robust

  • Degree educated with at least 5 years' experience in a Senior Legal Cashiering/ Legal Cashier Manager or Legal Financial Operations Manager Role

  • Management experience

  • Legal Cashiering experience very desirable

  • Used to dealing with a high level of transactions

  • Good systems experience including legal finance systems and Excel.
