Exciting opportunity to join EMENA Finance in a brand new role as Finance Manager - EMENA Supply Chain as Costa Coffee continues a journey of growth, expansion, and improvement., Reporting to the EMENA Finance Director, you will be accountable for financial analysis and business partnering to enable clear decision-making aligned to the business and Supply Chain strategies.
As one of the most significant cost areas, Supply Chain is crucial to ensuring continued success, covering everything from sourcing green beans and consumables, coffee production, management of warehouses and delivery to stores/partners.
We have our own state of the art coffee roastery in the UK, production in Italy, and a Supply Chain undergoing significant change to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
You'll have the opportunity to build and shape the analysis and improvements required.
This is a varied and fast paced role responsible for:
Developing and delivering clear, timely, concise financial analysis and inputs to drive and influence decisions and stimulate discussions on all aspects of Supply Chain Costs
Working with the EMENA Supply Chain Director and finance colleagues to drive key projects including product cost optimisation and network strategy
Building a holistic Supply Chain view ensuring end to end costs are captured. Identifying and developing opportunities within Supply Chain while considering all business impacts
Ensuring regular reporting fits need of business to analyse performance and spot trends instantly
Month end reporting and analysis - Build and design scalable processes and metrics working with functional leaders across Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance
Budgeting & Forecasting - Work with Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams to set budget / forecast for Supply Chain and product costs
CoGS reporting, analysis and accuracy - Ensure standard Cogs is set up and maintained correctly. Manage material usage, yields, bill of material accuracy.

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE experience in a relatable Supply Chain finance role for a Manufacturing / FMCG / Retail business
Supply Chain - freight and warehousing knowledge is essential
Management Accounting and Budgeting / Forecasting experience
Inventory management experience
Excellent Excel skills, including reporting and modelling
An inquisitive and challenging nature
