The purpose of this role is to provide a quality service to our Retail business and clients across the UK & Channel Islands while adhering to Company Procedure. Supporting the business with meeting client demands and needs in order to achieve optimum profitable renewal retention rate and growth, Ensuring all premiums invoiced as 'Payment Provider' have a corresponding loan set up with our third-party finance providers in order for their premium to be funded

*Escalating cases to the business where loans have not been set-up

*Chasing the clients' Credit Agreement and Direct Debit mandate to avoid delays with premium funding

*Assisting our finance providers by contacting clients to discuss and resolve any issues regarding missed direct debit payments

*Contacting clients to resolve cases where they have cancelled their direct debit agreement

*Recording and maintaining client and business records in line with Company Procedure

*Escalating any issues with your designated branch to your Team Leader within a reasonable timescale

*Constantly reviewing processes and raising suggestions to enhance collections and operating methods

*Assisting cash postings with the resolution of unallocated cash, providing constructive feedback on issues which have resulted in mis-posting to unallocated cash

*Assisting Account Executives / Handlers and Branch Directors with queries and offering support with the collection process

*Taking part in regular forums with branches to raise or resolve any issues as they arise

*Providing updates to Credit Controllers on outstanding premiums for their branches, to be included with their monthly debtors' status reports highlighting any potential bad debt risks / issues

*Facilitating training and providing support to team members

*Complying with Company Professional Standards Manual in accordance with statutory requirements for role with specific attention, but not limited to Whistle Blowing, Treating Customers Fairly

*Carrying out duties following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and our Companies shared values, in particular, putting clients at the heart of our business
