Your roleFarm Management - To provide overall responsibility of a Broiler Farm, including all aspects of husbandry, ensuring all stock produced is of the highest possible standard and meets the required specification in terms of weight, quality, health & safety, welfare, etc, encompassing commercial and financial aspects of the farm, which involves working to financial and physical budgets, and where appropriate, the management and development of a team of people. Academy Management - To promote future development across the Lincolnshire Broiler division, encouraging the development of new employees and further development for existing employees. To assist Assistant Farm Managers to further their career within the division. To coordinate workshops in relation to Health and Safety and Training.
