To offer additional support to the Faculty Services Team, helping deliver and maintain services added to the space in response to Covid-19, and general safety/inspection of the building on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

The role will consist of a variety of responsibilities within the teaching spaces, breakout and social spaces, staff kitchens and office spaces, post and delivery, information management, maintenance and health and safety across the site.

This will involve general safety checks, making sure equipment is set up before teaching sessions, helping with any Covid requirements across the site, and other requirements expected from the Faculty Services team.

Candidate Description

  • Excellent customer focus and customer relations skills.

  • Understanding of the importance and requirements of good team working, with the ability to promote and facilitate these.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the organisation.

  • Flexibility to work in a changing environment, within given procedures and regulations.
