Adecco are delighted to be supporting our dynamic and secure client based in Newbury who are seeking an Export Coordinator. The role is working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm and offering a salary up to £25,000, DOE

Duties include:

  • Creating and distributing budgets

  • Creating and distributing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and agents

  • Processing Letters of Credit

  • Shipment invoicing

  • Managing accounts receivable exposure

  • Checking and processing of freight and supplier invoices

  • Full documentation process

  • Managing and reporting on hedge exposure
