Adecco Stoke have an exciting opportunity for two administrators to join a busy estates team within the public sector, located in Newcastle under Lyme. Applicants will need to be outgoing and confident as you will be responsible for providing support to a small but busy office. The successful candidates will be supporting the delivery of all facilities management across the site, providing services from Grounds & Maintenance, cleaning Services, retail, Sport, Security, Events & Conferencing and Staff Housing.

Applicants will need to possess excellent communication skills via email, telephone and face to face. Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your own workload are a must. You will be recording data for legislative compliance, as well as the day-to-day ordering and organisation of Directorate tasks.

Some other additional tasks would be required-

  • Quarterly domestic statements

  • Uploading meter readings and creating invoices

  • Commercial invoices (quarterly)

  • Contacting providers for Plantation Park houses

  • Contact at the start/end of each tenancy to let them know there has been a move and what the readings are.

  • Collecting of bills from properties (some received by email)

  • Taking meter readings and querying incorrect statements/bills

  • Final utility statements (when tenants move-out)

  • Creation of new spreadsheets for new financial year, inc finance sheet

  • Recharge letters (April)

  • Answering energy-related questions with tenants
