My client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Estate Manager to have overall responsibility for all aspects of the daily operations of a high end residential estate based in the heart of East London.

Responsibilities will include

  • Staff training including new starters

  • Maintaining the Estate's high standards and operations

  • Overseeing expenditure, ensuring it falls into the current budget

  • Ensuring contracts including Health and Safety requirements align with the correct legislation

  • Liaising with clients and residents

  • Taking responsibility for fire and emergency procedures

  • Overall responsibility for the security of residents and building at all times
