Responsible for supporting the EHS management system by taking ownership over administrative tasks and maintaining records, e.g. hazard reporting, inputting incident investigations.

  • Inputting near misses and hazards into datasbase

  • Inputting incident Investigations into database and follow up as required.

  • Closure of actions on existing system.

  • Training and induction of new staff onsite

  • Contribute to the review and revision of Health & Safety policies, plans, documented procedures and forms.

  • Assist with the reporting of the sites monthly Environmental Health and Safety metrics.

  • Organise training in accordance with training plan.

  • Raising EHS purchase orders and any general EHS admin as required.

  • Communicates effectively, treats customers with respect
