The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic consultant who will nurture needs and deliver Microsoft Business Applications solutions for existing and prospective clients. Working with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.

What will the Dynamics CE Developer be doing day-to-day?

  • Working with Dynamics 365 solution architect, functional consultants, client SMEs to understand customer requirements, design and implement Dynamics CE solutions across full lifecycle

  • Writing technical design documents

  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Services and Power Apps

  • Undertaking full testing cycle

  • Using appropriate tools including Azure Dev Ops

Candidate Description

  • What type of experience does the Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 CE (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365)

  • Experience of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities

    Hands on experience of:

  • Design, configuration and customisation of D365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Services and Power Apps

  • Reporting Services (SSRS) FetchXML and Power BI.

  • Web development, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Javascript and SQL capabilities

  • Data integration and data migration projects

  • Defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework and Enterprise Library)

  • .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF\ Web API experience

  • C# and OOPS concepts

  • Power Portal config

  • Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models

  • Strong client facing communication skills

  • Experienced providing Pre-Sales demonstrations.

  • Good to have experience and knowledge of

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Customer Insight

    What education and certification credentials are needed for this role?

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales- MB-210)
