The role of Distribution Assistant comprises of many different tasks. Dependant on which team you are in, these can be desk-based or involve walking/ standing for long periods at a time.

Overall as a Distribution Assistant you are responsible for making sure our learners receive their exams on time, their completed exam papers are received and processed accurately, then finally sending out the learners well-earned certificates.

You are involved at each stage of the learner's experience, meaning this role holds great importance in delivering our assessments to learners all around the world.

All roles require complete commitment to Health and Safety and involve training flexible team members.

Candidate Description

The successful candidate will be flexible and passionate about the role we play, going above and beyond to get it right for learners, dedicated to upholding standards and open to views of our customers, partners and colleagues.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Have good computer, numeracy and literacy skills

  • Be an effective communicator

  • Have a keen eye for detail

  • Be willing to commit and engage with our culture of Continuous Improvement

  • Commit to Health and Safety whilst having a basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures, As mentioned above the successful candidate will need to be able to work all shift patterns.
