  • Managing a multidisciplinary team working from multiple locations, you will be enthusiastic and organised.

  • Collaborating across technical and business teams, you will deliver services aligned to the Bank's business and technical strategies.

  • Delivering change - you will be responsible for meeting the business requirements to time, budget, and quality.

  • Maintaining service - your team will also sustain production services, evolving the software versions and infrastructure, identifying, preventing, and resolving incidents, managing obsolescence and automated monitoring solutions for your portfolio of services.

  • Leading your team, you will help to build and nurture the skills, knowledge, and capability of your team members.

Candidate Description

  • Experience leading team using Agile software development practices and DevOps.

  • Knowledge of building and maintaining API and Micro Services and applications in cloud environments.

  • Knowledge of working with a framework such as Spring Framework and Message Queues

  • Experience of working in a cross-functional environment using waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Cucumber, Open Shift, Kubernetes, Dev Ops, Security, Pen Testing, Swagger is beneficial.

  • Managerial skills and experience to prioritise, organise and motivate your team.

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience building applications in cloud environments.

  • Extensive experience working with Spring Framework and Message Queues.

  • Previous experience as full stack or back-end developer of BKS, Java + Spring boot, web services.

  • Able to define technical architecture solutions., Accuracy and Attention to Detail (Working Knowledge), Agile Development (Working Knowledge), IT Quality Assurance (Working Knowledge), Requirements Analysis (Working Knowledge), Software Engineering (Working Knowledge), Software Integration Engineering (Working Knowledge), Software Product Design/Architecture (Working Knowledge), Software Product Management (Working Knowledge), Software Product Technical Knowledge (Working Knowledge), Software QA & Testing Tools (Working Knowledge)
