To support our digital transformation journey, we're looking for an experienced Digital Scrum Master to help bring our digital strategy to life. Reporting to the Head of Agile Practice, you'll be aiding the adoption of agile across the Digital organisation. Guiding software teams in agile delivery, self-organisation and teamwork, you'll push a focus on continuous improvement, enhancing agile health and delivery metrics for your teams. Working closely with Product Owners you'll underpin business value delivery and help cross-functional teams to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Tell me more, tell me more… Coordinating scrum events, including sprint planning meetings, sprint retrospectives, product demos and daily scrums. You'll run sprint execution, gathering and reporting empirical data to aid in the planning, providing the team and its stakeholders clear visibility into sprint status. Ensuring high efficiency of development teams, you'll resolve impediments and mitigate issues and roadblocks.

As well as aligning your teams with department wide practices, you'll have the freedom to experiment with new and innovative agile techniques. On top of this you'll collaborate with like-minded agile practitioners, using their experience and expertise to get the most out of your role.

Candidate Description

  • Demonstrable experience driving agile principles and value-based delivery.

  • Hands-on experience as a scrum master.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced agile environment in a large enterprise.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and/or Certified/Professional Product Owner accreditation; or equivalent experience.

  • Able to provide examples of using communication and presentations to empower and encourage teams.

    Other stuff we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a scaled agile environment.

  • Experience in the telecommunications, broadband or OSS/BSS domains.

  • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira/Confluence, VersionOne, or Service Now.
