We are seeking a Digital Projects Planner to support the Head of Digital, the Greggs Digital Team Leads and the relevant IT team leads to help coordinate a number of Greggs new digital initiatives. In some cases this role will manage the implementation of multiple key digital projects to ensure we deliver our exciting and busy 2022 strategic roadmap.,
Provides day-to-day support to Head Of Digital and Digital leads in key business plan initiates to ensure they are being progressed at pace, helping capture actions and follow up on key challenges to unblock progress.
Run key digital team weekly meetings to ensure all areas of the team are aligned and proactively identify ways they can be supported.
Help produce and update an integrated digital roadmap, pulling together all activity underway across Product/Performance/CRM to ensure all is coordinated.
Coordinates and manage delivery of ad-hoc digital projects, working with wider business teams, PM/Bas/ScrumMasters and IT Team leads.
Support Head of Digital in the smooth running of key digital and associated technology steering meetings - including helping coordinate agendas, capturing and chasing actions.
Support Head of Digital, Digital Leads and Finance Business Partners on day-to-day digital budget & financial reconciliation process.
Seeks to continually improve digital team / inter team working practices and process to help ensure smooth running of planning and delivery.
Ensure all necessary controls (e.g. risks, issues, changes, dependencies and assumptions) are documented an ed into the appropriate meetings.
Provide additional capacity to support digital leads and coordinate the recording/sending of actions from key meetings, make sure these are being followed up and completed.
Liaise across other planning functions in the business to make sure they are clear on dates and timings of key digital initiatives.
We are looking for an individual who has hands-on operational knowledge of planning implementation, projects, campaigns and strategic initiatives - ideally both digitally and in-shop.
The role will be extremely varied; from running key planning meetings to ensure the digital team are coordinated, to personally managing a set of discreet projects involving web, app, CRM, Performance and SEO projects as part of a wider digital portfolio - you will be helping ensure important business goals are delivered on-time to the maximum commercial impact.
You will be a self-starter, and have an upbeat, proactive, hands-on, 'can do' attitude and be adept at planning and following up on agreed actions. You'll need great stakeholder engagement and communications skills and be comfortable working cross functionally, facilitating and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure their requests are captured and plans adjusted as agreed., Our working hours are usually 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday; however, you may be required to work alternative hours to fulfil business needs and work in multiple team and agency locations across a working week.,
Experience in multi-tasking across several planning quarters and campaigns simultaneously.
Experience of proactively completing daily tasks, helping others overcome problems and ensuring actions are completed by Greggs Digital team members and in wider teams with little or no support.
Strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to progress work across multiple areas.
Experienced in pulling together disparate sources of information into single consolidated plans with dependencies identified.
Practical hands-on experience in digital web, app, CRM, Performance and SEO projects.
Excellent communication, presentational, written and organisational skills.
Experience of working in dynamic business environments and managing multiple initiatives.
The ability to think logically, overcome problems and interpret and present data in a way that can be understood by different stakeholder groups.
Proficient in standard office tools used in change management (e.g. Excel, Word, Vision, PPT) and creative use of other tools/technology to help communicate or facilitate.
